Refund policy

Return and refund policy: Cogswell Marine & Motorsports excepts returns within 30 days of delivery for new unused/uninstalled items in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Non-returnable items include electrical and electronic components, special order genuine Volvo Penta Parts Installed or used parts, Open Gaskets, seal kits, fluids chemicals & lubricants. Customers are responsible for verifying correct part numbers and applications before ordering.  Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Some returns maybe subject to a restocking fee any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee amount may vary by manufacturer or supplier. Special order, non-stock, electrical, electronic, and custom items are not returnable. Manufacturer's restocking fees (where applicable) will be passed on to the customer.
